            Farmingdale Aquatics is a USA-Swimming registered competitive age group swim team open to boys and girls ages 7-18 whose members are eligible to compete on a local, regional and national level. Our professionally licensed and nationally certified coaching staff seeks to develop and improve out athletes abilities while promoting water safety, team spirit and feelings of self esteem and self confidence

FA currently offers three separate and destine programs for our athletes based on their demonstrated ability levels:
            1) Pre-Team program for children who wish to learn and develop as swimmers but who are not as yet able to compete on a competitive level.
            2) Developmental / Intermediate Program for children who are able to compete on a local level but who still need to learn and develop better swimming and stroke technique.
            3) Junior and Senior program for swimmers who wish to improve to a level that will allow them to be able to compete on the Local, Regional and National Level.

Our Senior, Junior and Developmental level swimmers practice and compete September through July. While our Pre-Team swimmers practice September through June.
